They are efficient, reasonably priced and transparent. Their workmanship is quality, and above all they are fantastic communicators which is so valuable when you are building a new home.

Buying a new home is such a huge milestone, and from the very beginning we felt like we were in great hands. The whole process was incredibly smooth and straightforward, and the team at Emandee were always approachable, quick to respond and genuinely helpful whenever we had questions along the way.

One of the things we appreciated most was how easy the entire experience felt. Being a turnkey home, so much had already been thought through and taken care of for us. From the finishes and landscaping through to all the little details that make a house feel complete, it was the best feeling being able to move in and simply start enjoying our new home.

Even though we weren’t involved in designing the home from the ground up, the experience still felt really personal. We never felt like we were just another buyer. The team genuinely cared about making sure we were happy and comfortable throughout the process, and that continued right through to the final walkthrough and after we moved in.
